If what you want to vend motorcycles, m/c parts, m/c memorabilia, historic m/c related you are in the right place.

Spaces come in several flavors, so pay attention:

  • The spaces to the north are 20’x25′
  • except for spaces “Inside Building” where they are 20’x20′
  • and spaces in front of the “Unused Building” where they are the width of the grassy spaces.

The spaces to the south are all over the place

  • Row 33 is roughly 20’x40′
  • Column I is roughly 20’x40′, from row 34 through row 43
  • Column J is roughly 20’x40′, from row 34 through row 43
  • The balance of the spaces are approximately 20’x20′
  • Electricity is available to all general vending areas for $20 per day. Sign-up sheet will be at vendor registration

The space in the Big Blue Building and the Iowa Building is now open for vending, services and museum displays. If you want protection from the elements, we have a place for you!

  • Electricity per 30amp hookup is available in the Big Blue Building and the Iowa Building per Fairground
  • There is no camping at vending spaces in Big Blue and the Iowa Building and vehicles are allowed for unloading and loading only.

Vendor Registration

  • What the IRS form is about:
    • Registered vendor information is reported to the Iowa IRS 10 days after the meet.
    • All vendors are required by the IRS to report sales, even if zero.
    • Mail the completed form AFTER the meet to the IRS address on the bottom of the form.
    • Do NOT mail the IRS form to Chief Blackhawk.
    • The IRS form must be completed and returned to the IRS by all registered vendors. Failure to do so can result in the loss of privilege of vending.
    • So… Print the form, fill it out, send it to the address on the bottom of the form.
